What we collect
When you send a booking request or contact us, we collect your name, telephone number and — if you give them — your email address, vehicle registration, preferred date and a description of the problem.
Why we use it
Only to respond to your enquiry, arrange your booking and keep a record of work carried out on your vehicle. We do not sell your details or use them for marketing.
How long we keep it
Booking enquiries are kept while they're relevant to your vehicle's service history, and deleted when they no longer are.
Your rights
